Davide Amadei “BALOO” started his musical journey in the lively La Spezia scene.
His early experiences saw him study at the Modern Music Institute in Sarzana, where he had the privilege of being guided by the talented Gianluca Cagnoli.
From the very beginning, Davide was deeply inspired by the rock greats of the 70s, and started playing with several local bands that paid homage to timeless icons such as Deep Purple and Led Zeppelin.
Over the years, his passion for the music scene led him to join the DOMINOES, with whom he developed a collaboration that has now lasted for over a decade and represents a milestone in his career.
With the DOMINOES, he has not only honed his artistic skills, but they have also allowed him to explore a varied repertoire, keeping alive the rock tradition that has always inspired him.
Parallel to his work with the DOMINOES, Davide embarked on other musical adventures, including an important experience with a Negrita tribute band and an intense collaboration with Michelangelo Falcone, a pop artist with whom he participated in a tour that took him through the beautiful lands of Puglia and Calabria.
These experiences have enriched his musical baggage, allowing him to range between different genres and styles.
Wishing to further perfect his skills, Davide decided to undertake advanced studies at the Lizard in Massa Carrara. There, he was able to deepen his technique and music theory, thus providing a solid basis for his future performances.
Currently, Davide is involved in several musical projects: he has recently embarked on a new path with DAMNESYA, a La Spezia cover band with progressive influences, and is preparing a tribute to Mia Martini, a project that promises to thrill audiences in Italian theatres.
Davide Amadei’s story is a celebration of passion for music and dedication to art, a path that continues to evolve in an increasingly varied and stimulating musical landscape.
As a member of the DOMINOES with his electric and acoustic guitar, Davide not only honours the greats of the past, but also looks to the future, ready to leave an indelible mark on the international psychedelic rock scene.

Davide Amadei “BALOO” ha avviato il suo percorso musicale nella vivace scena spezzina.
Le sue prime esperienze lo hanno visto studiare presso il Modern Music Institute di Sarzana, dove ha avuto il privilegio di essere guidato dal talentuoso Gianluca Cagnoli. Fin dai suoi esordi, Davide è stato profondamente ispirato dai grandi del rock degli anni ’70, e ha cominciato a suonare con diverse band locali che rendevano omaggio a icone senza tempo come i Deep Purple e i Led Zeppelin.
Con il passare degli anni, la sua passione per l’ambiente musicale, lo ha portato ad unirsi ai DOMINOES, con cui ha sviluppato una collaborazione che dura ormai da oltre un decennio e che rappresenta una pietra miliare della sua carriera.
Con i DOMINOES non solo ha affinato le sue abilità artistiche, ma gli hanno anche permesso di esplorare un repertorio variegato, mantenendo viva la tradizione rock che lo ha sempre ispirato.
Parallelamente all’impegno con i DOMINOES, Davide ha intrapreso altre avventure musicali, inclusa un’importante esperienza con un tributo ai Negrita e un’intensa collaborazione con Michelangelo Falcone, un artista pop con il quale ha partecipato a un tour che lo ha portato attraverso le splendide terre della Puglia e della Calabria.
Queste esperienze hanno arricchito il suo bagaglio musicale, permettendogli di spaziare tra diversi generi e stili.
Desideroso di perfezionare ulteriormente le sue competenze, Davide ha deciso di intraprendere studi avanzati presso la Lizard di Massa Carrara. Qui, ha potuto approfondire la tecnica e la teoria musicale, fornendo così una solida base per le sue future performance.
Attualmente, Davide è coinvolto in diversi progetti musicali: ha recentemente intrapreso un nuovo percorso con i DAMNESYA, una cover band spezzina dalle influenze progressive e sta preparando un tributo a Mia Martini, un progetto che promette di emozionare il pubblico nei teatri italiani.
